MEET THE TEAM
JESSICA NEAVE, NCIDQ, Founder / Principal
Jessica founded Design South in 2009 to provide developers and builders with exceptional design & project management expertise. A native of Clanton, Alabama, Jessica graduated from Auburn University in 2002. She currently manages the Design South team and is focused on it’s growth and success. She is based back home in Alabama with her husband and two boys.
COURTNEY WHITE
LEAD Interior Designer
Courtney White is a UT Chattanooga graduate with a background in custom residential design. She joined Design South in 2021 to support our residential division in Atlanta, while growing her knowledge of the multifamily division. Courtney and her husband are based in Auburn, Alabama.
HALEY MOORE, NCIDQ lead Interior Designer
Haley brings excellent organization, management skills and positivity to the Design South team. She graduated from Auburn University, is NCIDQ certified, and has many valuable years of commercial design experience. Haley is based in Birmingham, AL
JENNY DELGADO
LEAD INTERIOR DESIGNER
Jenny's extensive knowledge of custom design, construction, and project management bring great value to Design South. Jenny is from Huntsville, AL and studied interior design at the University of Alabama. She is currently based in Atlanta.
KENDALL HOLT
JUNIOR Interior Designer
Kendall is a recent grad of Auburn University's Interior Design program and is now based in Birmingham, AL. She will be assisting our design team with all aspects of interiors from CAD drawings to Photoshop to nationwide furniture installations.
