MEET THE TEAM
JESSICA NEAVE, NCIDQ Founder / Principal Designer
Jessica founded Design South in 2009 to provide developers, builders and the construction industry with exceptional interiors & critical project management expertise. A native of Clanton, Alabama, Jessica graduated from Auburn University. She currently manages the Design South team and is focused on it’s growth and success. She is based back home in Alabama with her husband and two boys.
ABIGAIL SKOP, LEED
Lead Interior Designer
With roles spanning from construction documents to final staging, Abigail has been a vital part of Design South since joining the firm in 2017. In addition to being a LEED Green Associate, Abigail is experienced in senior living design, multi-family, and all facets of residential design. Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Abigail recently moved to Birmingham, Alabama with her husband.
LAUREN FINCH, NCIDQ
Lead Interior Designer
Birmingham, Alabama native & Auburn University graduate, Lauren joined the Design South team in 2020. Along with an NCIDQ Certification, Lauren brings incredible depth, detail and thought to the design process. Her background in hospitality design and multi-family design makes her a strong asset & valuable team member. Lauren and her husband reside in Atlanta, Georgia.
COURTNEY WHITE
Interior Designer
Courtney White is a UT Chattanooga graduate with a background in custom residential design. She joined Design South in 2021 to support our residential division in Atlanta, while growing her knowledge of the multifamily division. Courtney and her husband are based in Auburn, Alabama.
Hailee Lowe
Purchasing Agent
Hailee Lowe joined Design South in 2022 in the role of Purchasing Agent/Design Support. She has experience with retail management of interiors and residential furnishings, as well as logistics and customer service, bringing valuable support to the design team. Hailee is from Prattville, AL.
